Per request, metered in micro-cents. We add 5% on top of the provider rate and charge it post-paid via Stripe on the 1st of the following month. You get a full CSV export for accounting.
Yes — pass a provider hint header (X-CleverRouter-Provider) or set it per key in the dashboard. By default we optimise for latency-then-cost.
CleverRouter falls back to the next provider that serves the same model within 200 ms. You see the chosen provider on every response in the X-CleverRouter-Provider header.
Every account starts with €5 in credits. No credit card needed. After that you pay as you go — provider price plus 5%, billed monthly.
EU-only. Today: Scaleway Paris as primary, Tensorix Frankfurt and AWS Bedrock eu-central-1 as fallback. No sub-processors outside the EU. Prompts and completions are never persisted on the CleverRouter side — for Bedrock, the same ZDR posture is available on Enterprise request via AWS support. We keep token counts, latency and model metadata for billing.
